WT-009CKJ card punching machine is constructed to accurately cut cards of various materials including paper, PVC, ABS, PET, etc., suitable for manufacturing cards with sizes ranging from 50*50mm to 210*210mm. Sheets are accurately positioned by X and Y axes, making multiple processes of card forming, corner rounding, hole punching and creasing to be accomplished in one step, and punched cards are automatically collected in an orderly manner. This card punching machine is widely suited to make flashcards, cognitive cards, kid's books, calendars, hang tags, header cards, special shaped cards, etc.

1.Sheet feeding unit：Two feeding modules supply sheets alternately, position parameter is adjustable, the accuracy can reach ±0.10mm;

2.Punching unit：Punching pressure and speed can be easily adjusted, low noise and stable operation;

3.Punched card collection unit：After processes of card forming, corner rounding, hole punching and creasing are accomplished in one step, the collection unit automatically stacks and collects punched cards in an orderly manner, eliminating the need for secondary sorting;
